Mercy Ministries porte une vision bien définie depuis sa création, qui est : « Bring transformation to the east coast of Madagascar through the power of the gospel, through a movement of multiplication of disciples, so that the region becomes a place of sending to the rest of the island and into the Indian Ocean. »
The NGO aims to support the development and transformation of the eastern region of Madagascar in various aspects, but of course through the power of the Gospel. It is important to periodically remind the entire team of the vision, so that each department can align its interventions with this vision. The NGO organizes a team retreat twice a year, which is the ideal time to remind the team of the vision, and also to ensure that the vision is well received and understood by everyone
