The year 2023 we had:
- Training of trainers with Dave Swan at the Tamatave center: strengthening the skills of leaders to successfully conduct training. A three-day training course with perfect success which helped the team to grow in this area.
- A “MISSION AND GOSPEL” training, with Greg Botta, this training allowed the team to go further in evangelization and reach unreached villages, always making disciples and planting churches. We saw a platform in the form of a series of questions, which will allow us to exercise the strengths and talents of each person, with the aim of putting the right person in the right place. “The right person has the right place. »
- “JESUS STORIES” training, a new tool that will allow the team to have several tools to share the gospel.
